Now Booking Summer Reading shows at Libraries in MN

I am off to the auditions again in Rochester, MN for the SELCO library system.  This is a great way for librarians in MN to find a fun program to motivate their young readers. I have done shows at all the libraries in Southern MN at least twice and some like Rochester, Albert Lea, Austin and Owatonna  have had my magic show more than 9 times over the years. The foloowing is the bio and description I sent of their catalog. If your school or library needs a magic show that motivates reading, check me out. I am the first and original reading magic show going back many years.

Norm Barnhart - The Reading is Magic Show

Show Description:
Comedy Magician, and best selling Children's book author, Norm Barnhart loves to motivate youngsters to get excited about reading!  His dynamic magic show is full of laughs and amazing tricks but focuses on the fun of reading. Each comical trick relates directly to how reading helps with hobbies, interests and jobs.

Norm's set of four Amazing Magic books published by Capstone press have shipped over 100,000 copies and he just finished writing four more that will be available this summer in June.  Your library can host an author visit, book launch party complete with a very fun magic show that motivates reading.
